Thank you for your interest in ARK Academy for your child’s educational journey. We look forward to getting to know your child and working with your family through the admissions process. Note: ARK Academy will add Grade 4 in 2027–2028 and Grade 5 in 2028–2029.

Application Process

Fill out an Admission Inquiry form for each child you are inquiring about to receive information on the admissions process and an invitation for a Zoom meeting with our Principal.

Admissions Inquiry Form

Upon receipt of your Admission Inquiry, you will receive an email with instructions on scheduling a time for a Zoom meeting with the Principal.

Submit your application form along with a $100 application fee and a copy of your child’s birth certificate.

Families wishing to apply for Financial Aid may do so by visiting the FAST Financial Aid Application page and providing the necessary information.

Admissions Assessments are scheduled with our Child Development & Admissions Specialist. This assessment will take place in person and has both a group and a one-on-one component.

Admission decisions will be emailed following the Admission Assessment.

Submit your enrollment contract along with the following supporting documents:

  • Medical form
  • Immunization record
  • Financial agreement
  • School records release form
  • Parent agreement

We believe that a private school education is an investment in your child’s academic growth and character development, and we are committed to working with families to help make this opportunity attainable.

Need for tuition adjustment is evaluated by FACTS, a third-party tuition assistance firm.

There is a $60 FACTS application processing fee.
